This paper which is entitled Humanity and its purposes in Islamic law. has a basic value Islam that tries to produce fruitful people the society. Thus، worship can be concretized obeying Allah’s orders being sympathetic with creatures. In this paper، we shed some light on maqasid origin of humanity. The consists several sections: section one about defining humanity Sharia maqasid; two devoted showing aspects basis Qur’an verses، hadiths، scholar’s views. At end study، arrived at conclusions، among them: most remarkable features by recognized desire human. been determined Allah. fact، foundation protect humans’ respect. There are so many holy ashab’s sayings culture from take advantage use them our lives. Finally، have suggested universities research institutes should emphasize importance papers indicate relationship between they show wisdom inclusiveness greater extent.
